  9. Siapkan 125 ml of susu cair.
  10. Diperlukan 3 sdm of susu evaporasi.
  11. Sediakan 1/4 sdt of lada hitam.
  12. Diperlukan 1/3 sdt of oregano bubuk.
  13. Diperlukan Secukupnya of garam & gula (jika perlu/ jika skip susu evaporasi).
  14. Siapkan 1/2 sdm of tepung maizena (larutkan dgn 25 ml susu cair).

  16. Gunakan 2 buah of kentang (ukuran kecil-sedang).
  17. Gunakan Secukupnya of paprika/cabe bubuk, garam & lada hitam.
  18. Siapkan 1 sdm of daun oregano.
  19. Siapkan Sesuai selera of keju parut.
  20. Siapkan 1 sdt of extra light olive oil (butter kalo tdk ada).

  4. Panaskan oven dgn suhu 200 derajat Celcius. Panggang kentang sekitar 30-35 menit (kalo mau garing, panggangnya sedikit lebih lama..tapi dipantau terus spy tdk gosong 🙂)..
  5. Saat kentang tinggal 15 menit lagi matang, panaskan wajan utk memanggang sirloin selama 4 menit dgn api sedang. Lelehkan butter & masukkan kedua potongan sirloin. Taburi atasnya dgn secukupnya garam & lada (lakukan yg sama utk sisi sebaliknya)..
  6. Masak kedua sisi daging sesuai kematangan yg diinginkan. Utk medium well (spt di foto) masing2 sisi dimasak sekitar 3 1/2 menit. Utk welldone (matang total) bisa sekitar 4-4 1/2 menit. *Lama memasak daging juga tergantung suhu ruangan dapur & besar kecilnya api* Cara cek kematangan daging spt di foto (utk medium well: ganti dgn jari tengah, welldone: ganti dgn telunjuk)..
  7. Angkat daging & biarkan sekitar 5 menit sebelum disantap. Sambil menunggu, siapkan mushroom sauce: biarkan sari daging di wajan & panaskan wajan kembali. Masukkan bawang putih & bawang bombay. Masak sampai harum..
