Bahan Dalca (vegie curry)

  1. Dibutuhkan 2 buah of kentang ukuran sedang.
  2. Sediakan 1 buah of wortel.
  3. Siapkan 1 buah of terong panjang.
  4. Sediakan 5-6 buah of kacang panjang.
  5. Dibutuhkan 1 buah of tomat.
  6. Gunakan segenggam of kacang dal.
  7. Dibutuhkan sedikit of potongan ayam/daging tetel.
  8. Siapkan 5-6 of ulas bawang merah.
  9. Diperlukan 3 of ulas bawang putih.
  10. Sediakan 1 cm of jahe.
  11. Gunakan 3 sdm of erbuk rempah kari yg dah siap di pasaran.
  12. Gunakan of rempah tumis (bunga cengkeh,bunga lawang,kayu manis,buah pelaga).
  13. Siapkan sedikit of air asam jawa.
  14. Siapkan secukupnya of gula garam.
  15. Siapkan 2 sdm of cili paste.
  16. Sediakan 1/2 kotak of santan kara.

  4. Setelah itu masukkan kacang dal dan sayuran lain,gula garam,dan juga air asam jawa,serta santan.
  5. Masak sehingga sayuran tersebut masak,dan kuah tidak terlalu cair..
  6. Hidangan ini sedap dimakan dg nasi,roti tawar,maupun roti canai (roti cane),atau roti pratha.
