Bahan Bikang eggless

  1. Dibutuhkan 125 gr of tepung beras.
  2. Gunakan 125 gr of tepung terigu.
  3. Gunakan 125 gr of gula pasir.
  4. Sediakan Seujung sdt of vanili.
  5. Siapkan 1/2 sdt of soda kue.
  6. Dibutuhkan 400 ml of santan kental.
  7. Siapkan sesuai selera of Pewarna makanan.
  8. Gunakan 1 lembar of daun pandan.

Langkah-langkah membuat Bikang eggless

  1. Rebus santan bersama daun pandan sambil diaduk agar santan tidak pecah (diamkan sampai hangat kuku).
  2. Campur tepung beras, tepung terigu dan, gula, vanili dan soda kue.
  3. Tambahkan sedikit demi sedikit santan aduk pakai wisk sampai tidak ada yang bergerindil.
  4. Panaskan cetakan bikang sambil menunggu cetakan panas, Beri warna adonan sesuai selera,.
  5. Jika cetakan sudah panas (harus benar benar panas) kalau dipercik air, airnya menari nari berarti adonan sudah bisa dituang.
  6. Tuang adonan secara bergantian, jika adonan pertama sudah agak kering di pinggirnya dituang lagi adonan warna ke 2 dan ketiga (tinggal memakai berapa warna) apinya cenderung besar.
  7. Setelah berpori / berlubang kecilkan apinya agar tidak gosong tunggu sampai atasnya kering / matang kemudian matikan api tutup selama 10 menit dan angkat agar bagian bawah bikang tidak kaku (bisanya pakai metode nyoss kalau saya kok ribet, ditutup aja lebih mudah).
  8. Baru dibentuk, pinggirny bisa digunting / langsung saja pakai tangan, kalau saya lebih suka tengah di kasi tutup botol/ spluit langsung direkahkan pakai tangan.
  9. Jadi deh bikang mawar tanpa telur.
  10. Tips * cetakan harus benar benar panas * setelah permukaan bikang berpori semua /matang tutup selama 10 menit dijamin mantul rasanya lembut dan berserat.
  11. Setelah recook sendiri ternyata lebih kokoh seratnya menggunakan baking powder ketimbang soda kue, jadi recomen pakai baking powder saja tidak pakai soda kue.
