  9. Siapkan of Bahan until kelapa.
  10. Siapkan 100 gr of kelapa parut.
  11. Sediakan 65 ml of air.
  12. Sediakan 65 gr of gula aren.
  13. Sediakan 1 lembar of daun pandan.
  14. Sediakan of Whipped cream.
  15. Dibutuhkan 75 gr of whipped cream bubuk (me: haan).
  16. Diperlukan 50 ml of SKM (Saya skip).
  17. Dibutuhkan 3 Tetes of Pasta pandan.

  2. Kocok telur, gula dan SP sampai putih kental dan berjejak lalu tambahkan tepung terigu, pasta pandan dan santan Lalu mixer lagi dg kecepatan rendah..
  3. Tuang kedalam loyang kukus selama 15 menit dinginkan..
  4. Unti kelapa: masak air sampai mendidih, masukkan gula aren, daun pandan dan kelapa lalu Aduk2 sampai matang dan mengering sisihkan..
  5. Kocok whipped cream dan pasta pandan lalu masukkan kedalam plastik segitiga. Masukkan kedalam kulkas sebentar..
  6. Belah cake jadi 2 Lalu masukkan whipped cream dan until kelapa lalu tutup lagi dengan cake potong2 lalu sajikan.. this is my dessert today, so yummyy…. 😘.
